Completing the client customer profile is equivalent to registering in your personal account. You will not need to re-enter the same information about yourself; the system will do it automatically. You will receive access to your personal account in a reply email after completing the customer profile.

How can I check the status of my client application? arrow
An email confirmation will be sent to the address you provided in the application. It will specify the initial security deposit limit. Additionally, a manager will contact you. Once you receive this information, your client application is complete.

How do I rent equipment? arrow
To rent equipment, you must become our client.
How do I become your client? arrow
To become our client, you need a Russian Federation passport and a 100% cash deposit.
If you want to receive special deposit conditions, you can fill out a client application on our website.
Fill out an application Application review time takes from 2 hours to 2 days. We always try to review applications as quickly as possible.

We cannot tell you the exact deposit conditions in advance. Usually, this involves documents (other than a Russian Federation passport) and a partial cash deposit. However, based on the review results, a decision may be made for either no-deposit rental or a full cash deposit.

Any adult citizen registered in our client database who signs an equipment rental agreement for professional commercial use before the first equipment pickup can become a Kinoarenda client.
If I rent equipment with a full cash deposit, can I avoid bringing my passport for the contract and not fill anything out? arrow
To conclude the contract, you need the original of your passport.
I have Gosuslugi and a scanned passport. Can we conclude the contract using these? Why do you need the passport itself? arrow
According to Russian Federation law, the original passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation is required to conclude a contract.
What if I don't have a Russian passport? arrow
In the client application selector (list of countries), you can choose the country of which you are a citizen.
What if my country is not on the list? arrow

What is a 100% cash deposit? arrow
This is the current cost of new equipment available for purchase in a store.
What documents can be left as a deposit? arrow
Passport, driver's license, international passport, military ID.
What is the "saver" service? arrow
This is a service you can use to avoid leaving a deposit (neither cash nor documents).
Our specialist will accompany you to the shoot and monitor the safe use of the equipment.

However, you are responsible for the equipment during the rental period. The saver does not connect or configure anything.
Can I leave equipment as a deposit? arrow
We do not accept equipment as a deposit.
Can I leave foreign currency as a deposit? arrow
We do not accept foreign currency as a deposit.

My shoot is urgent, but I'm not yet a client. Can the security system check be expedited? arrow
Application review times range from one hour to three days. We will forward your request for expedition, but we cannot guarantee its fulfillment.
Can another person pick up the equipment for me? arrow
Yes, they can, with a notarized power of attorney granting the appropriate authority and the original Russian Federation passport.
Can another person return the equipment for me? arrow
No, they cannot. According to our contract, you must sign the equipment return act yourself, and we can only return the deposit to you.
How long until I no longer need to leave a deposit? arrow
It's individual, there's no fixed time. Perhaps someone can vouch for you, which might affect the rental terms.
How can I test equipment? arrow
Only our rental clients can test equipment. Equipment for testing is not reserved, but you can call us to check the availability of the necessary equipment.
I'm not your client, but I want to test equipment at the counter (not for free, I can pay). arrow
The main condition for us to provide equipment for testing is that you must be our client, as you are responsible for the equipment's safety during the test.
We do not offer paid tests.
