The sequence of Kinoarenda's work with legal entities (LE):
1. You can rent equipment as a legal entity in two ways:
First: Fill out the questionnaire for legal entities and pass the check.
Second: Leave a 100% cash deposit (in the amount of the price of the equipment) for renting the equipment on the day of application, no document verification required.
2.After the legal entity's documents have been verified, the contract department sends the contract for approval.
The contract is concluded with the organization if the booking amount is from 5,000 rubles. If the booking amount is less than 5,000 rubles – a rental contract is concluded with an individual, a receipt with the contract is provided to the client's accounting department for reimbursement of expenses.
3. After the contract has been signed by both parties, the contract department sends an invoice for payment.
We work with new legal entities* only on 100% prepayment basis.
4. Payment
The client organization pays the invoice.
5. After the advance payment has been received, the equipment can be picked up either by the manager or by a person with a power of attorney.
The contract department sends the power of attorney form.
6. The amount of time required to register individuals and legal entities varies.
For legal entities it will take from 1 to 3 days.
7. After the advance payment has been received, the equipment can be picked up either by the manager or by a person with a power of attorney.
An individual cannot change the payment method on the day of payment or after the equipment is issued. Rented equipment is issued to a legal entity only after an advance payment has been made.
