Equipment is not issued to people who come on behalf of someone else, regardless of the degree of relationship.
Installation of software, updates, firmware on rented equipment is strictly prohibited!
Representatives of legal entities, in addition to a Russian passport, provide a power of attorney with a seal to receive the equipment.
Warranty coverage is based on the estimated value of the equipment and depends on the customer's history. Money or other valuables act as warranty coverage if they are agreed upon with the Kinoarenda staff.
You have the right not to provide us with all personal data upon registration. Clients who decide to use the services of our video engineer-assistant do not pay the guarantee coverage. The cost and conditions of such support are indicated in the Services section.
The security deposit is not charged or is charged partially if the client has fully completed the application. Client questionnaire and provided all the necessary information. If you – regular customer, return the equipment on time and in good condition, we will meet you halfway and soften the deposit conditions. There are three types of warranty coverage:
Money (full cost of equipment) — for simplified registration with a minimum of personal data;
Document;
Document + money (partial cost).
The following documents are required: a foreign passport, a military ID, a driver's license, or a state-issued diploma.
Some items from the equipment list and large sets of equipment are available for rent only with an assistant. If you need an assistant, check with the managers.
The issue of equipment to the customer is confirmed by Transfer Certificate. The document contains the customer's details, the list of equipment, the condition at the time of issue, the rental period, the rental cost and the estimated value of the equipment.
Handle the equipment with care. After signing Transfer certificate claims regarding the condition of the equipment are not accepted, and you bear full financial responsibility for its safety. The equipment is returned after signing the return section of the Transfer Certificate. Until this moment, the equipment is listed as yours. The Client is obliged to return the equipment within the timeframe specified in the Transfer Certificate.

Want to extend your rental period? This is only possible after consultation with Kinoarenda staff, unless the equipment is already booked by another client. Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. Violating the terms of the contract may negatively affect someone else's filming, not to mention that we will have to charge you a penalty.
If you have problems with equipment on the set, we will try to quickly replace the faulty device with the same (if available) or similar. At the end of filming, Kinoarenda specialists will examine the damage and determine the cause and who is responsible.
Feel free to contact us for advice if you are not sure what equipment is needed for your filming. It happens that we offer clients to reduce the amount of equipment or replace the device if we understand that the creative task is solved more easily.
